What is included in the delivery?
Each downloadable plan set is professionally prepared and includes a comprehensive architectural package suitable for design reference and construction planning. The set includes a cover sheet with general notes, fully detailed floor plans with furniture layouts, exterior elevations, building sections, and complete MEP drawings including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts. It also includes foundation details, door and window schedules, construction notes and manuals, along with a 3D model and high-quality renderings to clearly visualize the design intent.
Can these plans be customized to my needs?
Yes. While the base plans are pre-designed for efficiency and affordability, we offer custom modifications such as layout changes, size adjustments, window/door revisions, roof changes, and interior reconfigurations. Email us (customcontainerdesigns@gmail.com) to discuss further.
Can I build multiple units using same plan?
The standard purchase is for single-build use. A multi-build or developer license is available if you plan to construct multiple units.
What format are the files delivered in?
Our plans are delivered in PDF format, designed for easy viewing on desktop, tablet, or mobile. PDFs can be printed at scale or shared with contractors, engineers, and consultants.
(Some packages may also include CAD files if specified in the listing.)
